1 passes to 2, then cuts through to the corner. 3 crosses the lane to the opposite corner. 4 moves up toward the wing.

2 dribbles toward the wing, and looks to pass to 4 cutting to the basket. If 4 isn't open, 5 steps out to the top of the key and receives the pass form 2.

5 reverses the ball to 3. 2 cuts to the block off of a screen from 4. 5 sets a down screen for 4. 3 can pass to 2 at the basket or to 4 for a shot.

1 passes to 4 in the corner, then cuts off of 5 to the opposite low post. Once 1 has cleared 5, 2 cuts off of 5 to the ball-side low post. If open, 4 passes to 2 for an easy lay-up.

4 dribbles up toward the wing, and looks to pass the ball back to 1 in the corner for a shot.

If 1 isn't open, 5 sets a ball-screen for 4. 4 looks to drive, or has options to pass to 2, 3, and 5 for a shot.

1 passes the ball inside to 5, then cuts to the opposite low post. 2 cuts after 1 has cleared 5. 5 can give a hand-off to 1 or 2, or can make the pass toward the basket. 5 can also look to make a play and score.

If 1 or 2 isn't open, 5 dribbles toward the elbow. 3 makes a back-cut to the basket while 1 and 2 clear out.

If 3 isn' t open on the back-cut, he clears out to the corner. 2 and 4 fill the open spots in the 2-1-2 formation. 5 can pass to 3 or 4 and the offense can reset.

Once the players are back in a 2-1-2 formation, 4 can pass to 3, 5, or 2 to initiate the offense.

1 passes to 5 inside, then sets a wide down screen for 4. 2 makes a cut toward the basket, then pops back out to receive the pass from 5.

2 passes to 3 in the corner. 5 dives down to the low post while 4 cuts to the elbow.

If 3 isn't open, 5 sets a ball-screen and 2 drives to the basket with passing options to 4, 5, 1 and 3.
