To ta/e course boo/in#s by telephone and by post . To answer course en0uiries rom course members and tutors by telephone, post and email . To /eep course tutors updated on recruitment le+els . To monitor course recruitment and wor/ with the mar/etin# administrator and Actin# Director o Music to de+ise recruitment strate#ies . To assist the mar/etin# administrator in the publicity o e+ents . To update social networ/s and to maintain the database o course members . To update the website and liaise with the webmasters on de+elopment . To prepare course welcome pac/s and ensure timetables or certain courses are completed . To wor/ outside o o ice hours in the e+enin#s and wee/ends to assist with course matters and concerts as re0uired . To monitor concert tic/et sales and to wor/ with the mar/etin# administrator to e1pand the audience . To complete P"$ returns . To underta/e any other administrati+e tas/s as re0uired by the Actin# Director o Music Person $peci ication 2ou will be a music #raduate or ha+e the e0ui+alent /nowled#e and e1perience- A thorou#h #roundin# in the repertoire rom renaissance to the present day, as well as /nowled#e o a ran#e o music #enres is an ad+anta#e- 2ou should also ha+e
