IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned counsel for the
petitioners/proposed intervenors/plaintiffs and counsel for the respondents/defendants that:
1.

The return dates of any motions to quash and for a protective order, motions for
leave to intervene, motions to dismiss, and cross-motions to compel in the abovecaptioned proceedings are adjourned from March 17, 2014 to April 7, 2014.

2.

Per the letter agreement e-filed on February 14, 2014,


Plaintiffs/petitioners/proposed intervenors replies in further support of their
motions, and in opposition to any cross-motions or motions to dismiss, were
timely e-filed on or before February 21, 2014.

3.

The Commissions reply papers in further support of any cross-motions or


motions to dismiss shall be e-filed on or before April 4, 2014.

4.

The Commissions memorandum of law, which shall combine any further support
of (1) cross-motions, and (2) the motion to dismiss, may be up to forty pages in
length.

5.

Facsimile signatures on this stipulation shall be deemed original signatures with


the same force and effect as original signatures.
