The field of financial markets always tests you on the ability of being alert, innovative and vigilant. Such projects are a great stepping stone for us to step into the unending ocean of finance. It gives me immense pleasure to present the first part (Indian internet marketing) of my project on Internet Marketing. It was my pleasure to work under the guidance of Pro. Rahul Mehra who along with being extremely supportive also encouraged me to work upon the project in an independent manner. Last but not the least a big thank you to my classmates and my seniors who gave me fruitful inputs and suggestions in spite being busy with their own projects as well as our coordinator Mrs. Sucheta Pawar and my family.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Indian internet marketing is the succeeding part of my project on Internet marketing which spreads over two semesters. The main purpose of this project is to understand what exactly the internet marketing is. Understanding the mechanism of internet marketing. Gain in depth knowledge of internet marketing and growing trends of the same. Knowing current status as well as its working system in India. Project Indian internet marketing mainly consists of four parts. First part gives knowledge about Marketing and its various types. Second part explains about internet marketing in detail. Third part tells about internet marketing in India. Indian internet marketing scenario and its growth in India as well as how often Indians use internet marketing are also explained in the project. Fourth part includes survey of 100 people whom 8 questions related to internet marketing were asked and responses were recorded. Users of internet are increasing day by day; in such scenario internet marketing can be proved as best way of marketing. The Internet is becoming one of the fastest growing technologies that are playing a significant role in the daily lives of human beings. Marketing over the Internet is also gaining strength day by day. Internet marketing ties together the creative and technical aspects of the Internet, including design, development, advertising and sales. All the aspects about internet marketing are explained in this project.
