Jazzyjewels.com will be the website that offers pictures of the jewelry pieces and handles the sales transactions. All transactions will follow company guidelines and !" of all profits after an artists sale will be due to Jazzy Jewels. As Jazzy Jewels grows and de#elops a solid customer base, the company will begin to sell more product lines. The business will be structured using a functional structure managed with the, $management by objecti#es,$ techni%ue. &urturing a strong professional culture in the company that clearly shows employees that the company will in#est in them is #ery important. Jazzy Jewels also has many ideas for moti#ating employees and fostering positi#e employee relationships.
