Job Description

Plan and determine appropriate strategies to ensure the infrastructure available in the branch to supports all operations of the company. Infrastructure includes the physical facilities and branch offices throughout the completeness of the necessary operational Implement and monitor all infrastructure readiness in accordance with business plan development Preparing all matters relating to a third party, such as a rental contract with the owner of the building for corporate offices vendor selection process in terms of procurement, selection of contractors and other parties related to the run businesses, such as insurance (general) , transportation , printing , delivery of goods , etc. Ensure that all permits required by the Central Government and the Regional Office Branch associated with operational have been met Make an inventory needs estimated financing documents both at Head Office and Branch Offices Create a schedule for delivery of documents to and from the Head Office and Branch Offices to ensure the absence of all delays or lost documents Creating and documenting system operating files and related documents, either in the form of physical files and softcopy Managing documents that have been saved associated with the time of storage, document destruction and sorting Provides completeness and infrastructure associated with the mobilization of employees both in the Central, Regional, Area and branch Ensuring operational documents available at branch level by an amount sufficient to ensure operations goes well Develops, aligns and implements procurement best practices across excellence dimensions in order to build stakeholder management Understanding supply strategies and agreements and describing the benefits to the stakeholders.
