Course Description
This two-unit course is designed to provide law students with a thorough
understanding of the contract of Sale its definition, elements, characteristics, kinds,
stages and extinguishment. There will be discussions on the rights and obligations of
parties to a contract of sale. Finally, the course also covers available remedies for
breach of contract of sale.
