Penjelasan Mengenai Penelitian Analisis Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Ketidakpatuhan Pasien Penderita Hipertensi pada Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSU H. Adam Malik Bapak/Ibu Yth. Hipertensi merupakan keadaan terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah tubuh dari batas normalnya, dimana dibutuhkan kepatuhan penderita agar kesembuhan dapat tercapai. Bapak/Ibu Yth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan ketidakpatuhan pasien hipertensi. Bapak/ Ibu akan diambil sebagai sukarelawan penelitian ini dan akan diminta untuk menjawab pertanyaan dalam kuisioner. Kerjasama Bapak/Ibu sangat diharapkan dalam penelitian ini.
