SpacEyes3D RF Vision
Delivering Optimized 3D Workflows
See your modeled network for the first time. Of course, engineers are used to working with 2D analysis layers in their RF planning software as this has been their only choice. Imagine being able to see pylons, distributed antennas, RF coverage and EMF layers in 3D. The network becomes real. Visualize site changes before making them. While all the RF engineering is performed in the planning software, site height, or more typically azimuth and tilt changes, can be realistically assessed using SpacEyes3D RF Vision. Visualize multi-floor indoor coverage. Increasingly, mobile subscribers are using their services indoors. Unfortunately, multi-floor predictions illustrate the greatest limitation of 2D analyses. SpacEyes3D RF Vision allows multiple analysis layers in a single view, with the ability to fly around and zoom into each floor.

Highlights
Transform the 2D world of RF planning and optimization with the power of 3D visualization Optimize key engineering processes such as site selection, demonstrating nominal designs before implementation, showing multi-floor indoor coverage and more SpacEyes3D was developed by geospatial experts and has a large installed base of customers; now SpacEyes3D RF Vision brings this user-friendly viewer to the wireless community

Product Overview
SpacEyes3D RF Vision lets users visualize in 3D all their cartographic and related wireless planning data. Working with 2D outputs from leading RF planning and GIS tools, SpacEyes3D RF Vision is easy-to-use desktop software that allows users to visualize a multitude of 2D formats in 3D and share the information through pictures and video. RF and performance engineers work in RF planning software that for the most part, only deliver 2D layers. Exports to free map viewers offer some improvement, but these generic applications are not designed for wireless engineering. SpacEyes3D RF Vision takes these unique requirements into consideration and delivers an intuitive interface with elegant functionality.

While SpacEyes3D RF Vision was designed with the needs of engineers in mind, wireless coverage and capacity is the business of everyone employed by operators. SpacEyes3D RF Vision lets data be easily shared outside the engineering department.

Perform a virtual site audit. Confirm the configuration of your site using high-resolution building vectors and equipment profiles. Determine in 3D which sites require further in-person investigation.

Feature
Visualization of the sites (base stations, site ID) and analysis layers Automatic import of the sites/sectors from the RF tool export (formats XLS, XLSX and XML) Remote antenna visualization

Benefit
Visualize the real-world extent of your network Simplicity of use makes the application accessible to engineers without substantial training View your small-cell/ DAS implementation for visual confirmation of key points of interest coverage Perform a site audit without leaving the office; determine if configuration is logical or needs a physical check Make your RF layers come alive for sharing with executives and other external groups Illustrate multi-floor coverage with a few clicks of the mouse; identify areas of concern immediately Make engineering data accessible to colleagues inside and outside the organization that do not have GIS or RF planning software

Site planning & acquisition. Taking a panoramic image from a site location may not show obvious flaws in a particular candidate. Using high-resolution building vectors in SpacEyes3D RF Vision allows for obvious issues with potential sites to be illustrated, streamlining the site-selection process. The tool can also be used to craft supporting videos and imagery for EMF limits to facilitate planning authority approval. 3D predictions on walls of buildings. Use this special view in SpacEyes3D to assess obvious coverage holes using 3D building polygons or areas of macro-cell interference for indoor systems. Deliver 3D coverage to potential subscribers. Operators can use 3D views to differentiate the coverage maps they share with potential subscribers on their website. Target dense urban residents by illustrating network coverage of their apartment building. Communicate engineering data outside the group. Share pictures and videos to third-party suppliers to augment 2D data from the RF planning software.
