M3M*312%&# -. Mem+ership fees in the Association shall +e etermine , from time to time, +y the mem+ers at a general meeting. 2. a. Any person resi ing in Al+erta, an +eing of the full age of -A years an meeting mem+ership re>uirements outline +y the mem+ership committee, may +ecome a mem+er upon payment of the fee. +. Post secon ary stu ents currently registere in a full time "isa+ilities Stu ies Program may +ecome mem+ers of A"WA at a re uce fee, ,hich is set +y the mem+ership Committee from time to time, +y applying for mem+ership through the Mem+ership Committee Chairperson. The re uce fee is then applica+le for the uration of the mem+ers schooling. 3. Any mem+er ,ishing to ,ith ra, from mem+ership may o so upon a notice in ,riting to the Boar . @f any mem+er is in arrears for fees or assessments for any year, such mem+er shall +e automatically suspen e at the eDpiration of siD months from the en of such year an shall thereafter +e entitle to no mem+ership pri%ileges or po,ers in the Association until reinstate . Meetings of the Boar shall +e hel as often as may +e re>uire , +ut at least once e%ery three months, an shall +e calle +y the presi ent. The secretary shall also keep a recor of all the mem+ers of the Association an their a resses, sen all notices of the %arious meetings as re>uire , an collect an recei%e the annual ues or assessments le%ie +y the Association. A complete an proper statement of the stan ing of the +ooks for the pre%ious year shall +e su+mitte +y such au itor at the annual meeting of the Association. The fiscal year of the Association in each year shall +e - April to 3- March. -:.
