1. About CCTEG

1) Introduction As a new generation of coarse coal slime dewatering equipment of international advanced technology level, WLL series horizontal Scraper Material-discharging Coal Slime Dewatering Centrifuge is developed independently by our company, and mainly used in coal preparation plant for 3-0 mm coal dewatering and its processing capacity is 30-120 t/h. High torque planet cycloidal needle wheel differential mechanism is used in the machine which keeps accurate rotating speed difference between helical blade & screeket and reliable transmission. and a torque limited clutch is installed at the end of differential input shaft through torque arm to protect differential mechanism. 4.5.1 FGX compound dry coal washing equipment

1) Introduction FGX compound dry coal washing equipment which breaks through traditional way of air separation in separating theory, feeding particle size, separating effect, etc., becomes China's unique dry separating system. FGX compound dry separator is mainly composed of bed body, vibrating motor and hanging device. The bed surface angle is adjusted by hanging wire rope. In addition, the excitation force of vibrating motor is adjusted by changing the eccentric block angle to each other. According to coal nature of fitting raw coal, flexibly adjusting working parameters of the whole dry separator to better meet the requirements of different separating target. This equipment have simple structure and has low processing & operating costs, convenient installation.

2) The main features of dry coal preparation plant: Less investment, short construction period, short construction period. Simple process,

4.5.2 Complete set of FX series dry coal washing machine

1) Technical features FX dry coal separator is mainly composed of the rotating frame, separation bed, and driving device. Separation bed's horizontal & vertical Angle can be adjusted conveniently. In addition, the vibrating direction angle of driving device, the casting angle of feeding end and block angle of coal reject discharge can also be adjusted easily. According to coal property of feeding raw coal, working parameters of the whole

dry separator can be flexibly adjusted to better meet the requirements of different separating target.

This series of dry separating equipment have larger production capacity that FGX series. Middling coal & coal reject stay on the separation bed for a longer time and separation efficiency is thus improved. The raw coal feeding size range is wider, which is 120-0 mm. When fine coal is less than 15-20% of raw feeding coal, the raw can be fed into FX separator without pre clarification. The system process is thus simplified. In addition, the separator has strong adaptability to the raw coal and when the external moisture is 9-11%, it can also separate effectively.
