Results and Data Analytics Position Description This position will be responsible for compiling, researching and collecting

data from different sources and analyzing them carefully in order to provide good quality business solutions. Responsibly will include analyzing client results, market factors and team performance data daily and provide concise productivity report and client results. Quality reporting and analytics of data will be provided in the form of daily, weekly and monthly reports. Coordination and accountability with multiple team members will be required for completion. Core Competencies 1. Design processes for transforming large data sets into key reporting templates for internal and client use. Systems creation to include spreadsheet design and tracking implementation for the following key performance indicators, source of business, and results. 2. Review the following systems and report data / verify for accuracy a. Boom Town ROI: New Leads and Agents Assigned b. MLS New Listings entered. Verify client contact in database. c. IVR Reports Added to leads and reviewed for contact.

3. Daily compilation and review of the following key numbers and performance indicators to include Source of Business. NEW LEADS Buyer Leads Seller Leads NEW APPOINTMENTS SET Buyer Appointments / Team Member Seller Appointment NEW CLIENTS New Buyer Clients WITH Signed Representation Listings Obtained CLIENTS UNDER CONTRACT New Accepted Offers Daily Listings Buyer Contracts Written / Buyer Contracts Approved

4. Track all Lead Generation Campaigns with a Weekly and Monthly Review of the following core areas to include analytics of ROI per campaign based on results and source of business. a. Number of Contacts received Newsletter b. Number of Handwritten Notes by Team Member c. Number of Contacts and Face to Face Appointments d. Manage Marketing Results and Numbers for Specific Campaigns number of pieces distributed, new contacts generated, leads, new business created. 5. Pull Daily and Weekly Reports from the following source to review Market Indicators: a. Cromford Report b. MLS c. New Home Construction Permits d. Mortgage Rates. 6. Additional Research / Alaystics as requested.
