New Jersey pimp’s arrest gets attention to Jessie's case by Jessie’s mom Glendene Grant

Friday, August 7, 2009 there was an article that we came across about a human trafficker
that has been arrested - http://abclocal.go.com/wpvi/story?section=news/local&id=6954153

ALLEN BROWN, JR. – pimp and human trafficker – A VERY HARD CORE CRIMINAL

This picture truly makes me sick. Who does this criminal think he is?

There was this pimp from Jersey City (the same place that Peter Todd’s father lives), by the name
of Allen Brown Jr., but he liked to be called ‘Prince’. Yes…he seriously had people call him Prince
and he had a red velvet throne in his home AND he had several crowns that he actually wore on his
fat head. But, he is more like the Joker now.

The 47-year-old ‘man’, and I use that word lightly…has been accused of forcing women to work
for him (for almost 20 years, earning hundreds of thousands of dollars), to take drugs and beating
them if they did not "meet daily quotas of up to $1,000"; keeping their cell phones and
identification; making the women do anything and everything he told them to while keeping them
locked in rooms. In other words, he is accused of being a human trafficker. As a matter of fact, the
article says that Anne Milgram, Attorney General for New Jersey, is quoted as calling it
“Operation Red Light” and "a shocking case of human trafficking". “We charge that Allen Brown
Jr. enslaved vulnerable young women in a living hell of addiction and prostitution, controlling
them with narcotics, threats and beatings,” Milgram declared. “We will prosecute him to the full
extent of the law.”

This ‘joker’ even involved his mother and other family members, using his mom’s bank account to
launder dirty money…not that all mothers are innocent, so I really do not know the status of her
involvement – she may be ‘actually involved’ or she may have also been ‘forced’ to do what ever
her son told her to do. All I know is that she should be very ashamed of the son and other children,
born from her womb.
This is what Allen ‘Prince’ Brown Jr. looks like without his makeup, crown and throne!!

He is now brought down to the level he belongs in – the criminal level, ground level.

There were six other people also indicted. The following are the names of the accused and the
number of charges against each one…several are charged with human trafficking – all for
promoting prostitution. They need to be made examples of.

Allen ‘Prince’ Brown Jr. has 16 charges against him, ranging from "Human Trafficking. First
Degree", and "Conspiracy to Commit Human Trafficking and Promote Prostitution. Second
Degree" to "Money Laundering. Third Degree" and "Failure to File State Taxes. Third Degree" and
many, many between.

Arthur Brown has 3 charges, including "Conspiracy to Commit Human Trafficking and Promote
Prostitution. Second Degree."

Tecora Brown has 7 charges, including "Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering, Promote
Prostitution and Theft by Extortion. First Degree."

Marlo Taylor has 4 charges, including "Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering and Promote
Prostitution. Third Degree."

Tecora L. Brown has 4 charges, including "Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering and
Promote Prostitution. Third Degree."

Jerome Robinson has 4 charges, including "Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering and
Promote Prostitution. Third Degree."

Anthony Evans has 3 charges, including "Conspiracy to Commit Human Trafficking and Promote
Prostitution. Second Degree."
From this horrific story of human trafficking…beatings, forced drugging, forced prostitution…a
Jessie supporter and now a very good friend of mine, Denise A., started making phone calls to New
Jersey and after a full day and nearly 50 calls to ‘you-name-it/she-called-it’ she finally got to speak
to a woman, State Investigator Detective Noëlle Holl of the Division of Criminal Justice, who
works directly with Anne Milgram in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Noëlle was
very interested in hearing more about Jessie’s disappearance and the possible connection to human
trafficking, forced prostitution and especially of the international nature of the case, so Denise gave
Noëlle my email address and phone number and Noëlle gave her contact info to Denise to give to
me. Denise, I know you do not like me to thank you, but I have to…THANK YOU, FRIEND.

I phoned and emailed her right away, but it was later on in the day, and I am in the Pacific Time
Zone and she is in the Eastern Time Zone, so we are 4 hours apart. She called me the next day at
noon my time and we talked for well over an hour. She was so interested in Jessie’s case and she
told me that the similarities between Allan ‘Prince’ Brown Jr. and Peter ‘Dread’ Todd was
uncanny. She said, “They even look alike”. I sent her pictures of everyone I had pictures of, I sent
her Jessie’s timeline that was created by another human trafficking task force that is no longer in
operation, but thankfully, I got a copy of the timeline sent to me, I sent her as much information as
I could. Noëlle even watched YOUNG, BEAUTIFUL & VANISHED that night.

Noëlle even wanted Peter Todd’s dad phone number in Jersey City from Jessie’s final cell phone
bill – only Jessie knows why she called Bertrand Todd in the weeks before she disappeared, but it
is something that I have always wanted to know. I even called him myself after Jessie went missing
– I told him I got his phone number from Jessie’s phone bill, but he said he never talked to her –
that is very possible, as the call on the bill was only 1 minute long. I also asked him if he knew that
Peter Todd had a missing fiance in Las Vegas and he told me no…that he did not even know Peter
had a fiance…he thought he was still married to Trish. A short time later I could not get a hold of
Peter, so I called his identical twin brother, James Todd to ask him to get Peter to call me and
before I could say that, he blurted out, “why did you phone our dad?” I told him exactly why – his
number was on my missing daughter’s cell bill and I called hundreds of numbers from her bills,
why would I not call his? He was not very happy, but he did get Peter to call me. When I answered
the phone, before I was able to talk, Peter Todd also blurted out, “why did you phone our day?” To
which I said the exact same thing I said to James, but I also asked Peter why his own father did not
know he was engaged to Jessie. As always, Peter said nothing – seriously the phone just goes silent
– when he does not have an answer to something I have asked.

Noëlle told me flat out that she couldn’t make any promises, but she will do anything and
everything she can to help us in Jessie’s case – she even told me that the detectives who work on
human trafficking cases in New Jersey will all be aware of Jessie’s case if, or should I say, WHEN
they make another arrest like that of Allen Brown Jr. and his cohorts. So, now we wait, prayers on
our lips and our fingers crossed as Jessie’s case stays in the media (E! Entertainment this month
with the possibility of W-Five and even the Steve Wilkos show airing Jessie’s story in the near
future) and in the minds of family, friends and all our many, many supporters.
