On Monday, March 17, 2014 at approximately 2300 hours, I was speaking with Carnine's fourteen year-old step-niece (AJ), at her residence 1106 Audubon Street, reference an incident that took place on Saturday night (3-15-14). The female advised me that Carnine had supplied her with cans of both Mike's Hard Lemonade and Budweiser while they drove around on that evening. The female advised they stopped at Casey's in Early, Iowa and Jason purchased more alcohol around 2330 hours on that evening. Video surveillance footage from the store corroberated her account. He was charged with Supplying Alcohol to Person Under Age.
