At my workplace most employees start work very early and leave early. As I think Australian people are considered as morning people. &unctuality is considered as important part of work place. In day today activities colleagues help if we are in trouble. 'ometimes it depends, in my work place some employees are really friendly while others are independent and they do not worry about others too much.

As a multicultural country e!uality is considered as an important in the workplace. $herefore Australians have e!ual respect for local and foreign employees. 'ometimes they do concern about cultural difference. For example when there is a function they are always arranging vegetarian food for those who do not eat meat for cultural reasons. In my experience, as native (nglish speakers Australian never "udge on our (nglish speaking level, they do some correction when we are struggling. $here no limitation for women in Australia. $hey do have the same rights as men.
