How do you prevent malware installation? Hold down Alt+F4. This closes the window at the foreground. Easiest way to make sure malware doesnt get installed is called anti- virus software. One type is called Microsoft Security Essentials which can be downloaded on Microsofts website. Using Malwarebytes Anti-malware, you can locate malware that is installed on your computer. Go to filehippo.com to get the software. don't panic check all the cables- make sure everything is plugged in correctly and that any needed power strips are plugged in and turned on check your connection to the network make notes- this will help if you need to call someone, they will know how to help easier and faster if you don't reply with "I don't know" restart your computer don't click on pop-up warnings- they carry viruses and if you click ANYTHING on them they will install close them with ALT-F4 let someone know ensure anti-virus is running and up to date run anti-malware software
