Classes for Beginners Yoga for Beginners - with SUSAN BAGGARLY this class moves at an easy pace. Each student will have the opportunity to become stronger, more balanced, relaxed and peaceful through breathing techniques and yoga postures. Pilates for Beginners with BETH MAST - The ideal student is someone who wants to decrease back pain, improve posture, connnect with his/her core and wants to feel great. You'll begin to see results in your everyday life after several weeks of practicing Pilates on a regular basis. Standing upright with better posture will happen with greater ease and less effort. Fresh Air Fridays! with Laura Lea Sweney Come and meet at Irvington Wellness Center for a quick stretch and thought for the day, and the out the door well go - taking in sunshine and fresh air as we stroll through our beautiful neighborhood. Dogs are welcome. Yoga for MEN with GAYNELL COLLIER-MAGAR Men's Yoga returns to Irvington Wellness! !At the special request of the savvy athletes of the Irvington Loafers Men's Softball Team we are renewing Yoga for Men. ! Come join the team for fun, exibility, strength, relaxation and camaraderie! ! Pilates YOGA FUSION with HANNAH ENOCHS-A Pilates and yoga fusion class aimed at improving core strength and exibility. This class incorporates movements that will increase the heart rate to additionally train the cardiovascular system. Modications will be given so individuals of all tness levels can be empowered and have an effective workout. Powerhouse Pilates with BETH MAST High-powered, fast-paced 50 minute Pilates mat class for students who have prior Pilates experience. We will be honing and rening our basic skills with Classical Pilates, plus lots of opportunities to take your practice to the next level. TAI CHI with RITA SHILLING- TaiChi/ChiQuong is often described as meditation in motion because it promotes non-competitive, gentle owing physical movements. Classes for Intermediates/ Advanced Wednesday Night Iyengar Yoga with SUZANNE WALKER This is a mixed-level class designed for people with some previous yoga experience. We will have a different anatomical focus each week, with a strong emphasis on alignment. It is recommended that students bring their own mats, as well as two blocks and a yoga strap. A tightly-woven blanket would be nice, but not required. InnerSpace Yoga with Gaynell Collier-Magar- The Vinyasa class provides an inner focus that combines a theme, synchronization of movement and breath, proper alighment and a calm, deliberate pace for an embodied experiece of inner peach, deep relaxation, an energized body and clearer mind. Inner Compass Yoga with JULIE GRIES - Join us for this intermediate and vigorous vinyasa class to help you build strength and power for your week ahead.! Enjoy the extended relaxation period at the end to bring clarity to where you apply that strength and power to your upcoming week.! Use this practice to help you nd the truth north for your body, your mind and your spirit and bring your yoga spirit out into your life.! !

Soulful Breathwork with LYNN TIZSA and JENNA BAKER This practice is a powerful and graceful process of breathing that brings awareness to our soul's deepest desires and the healing forces of love. This is healing work. You may experience a feeling of complete rest, and/or a feeling of being re-energized. You may notice a routine thought may give way to new inspiration, a healing from a past event or situation can take place, or you may uncover a new perspective. Drop-in: $12

PRENATAL YOGA! A very special class for a very special time! Enjoy a time for just you and your baby during your pregnancy. Women at any stage of pregnancy are welcome in this gentle, safe class with extended relaxation period. Chairs and props will be used make this class more comfortable for your changing pregnant body. Asana will include gentle back release and spine lengthening, breathing and heart opening all designed to nurture the pregnant woman and keep baby safe and soothed. Enjoy!
