Note: 1. 2. The above fees shall be applicable to all courses prescribed and offered for the respective programmes only. Please note that students who are required to register for lower level of English courses not prescribed within their programme of studies, shall be charged accordingly, in addition to their respective Programme Fees as stated above. Figures in (Column 7) above, are examples of semester administration fees based on 5 registered courses/ subjects for normal semester and 3 registered courses/ subjects for short semester for Foundation, Diploma and Bachelor programmes. However, actual semester administration fees shall be determined by the total courses/ subjects registered by the student. Minimum fees payable upon registration (Column 8) consist of registration fee and upfront course fee payment. Students are required to complete the Letter of Guarantee and Indemnity (LGI), and submit the duly completed LGI to UNITAR on the Registration Day. Students shall not be allowed to register if they fail to submit the completed LGI. Students who have secured sponsorship from any agency are required to submit letter of undertaking from the said agency that guarantees payment to UNITAR. If the students have applied but yet to secure the sponsorship officially, they will still be required to pay all fees due according to the above schedule. All payment due for the semester shall be paid within 30 days from the date of registration. All payments could be made by Cash/ Credit Card/ CIMB Clicks/ Cheque/ Bank Draft/ Postal Order/ Money Order, payable to UNITAR CAPITAL SDN.
