produced in one piece in one location. This process ensures the strongest and most reliable lamination to date. Competing laminates have depended on glues or adhesives which wear away over time. Custom colors to match customer corporate brand. Only available for

Top and bottom fabrics: 100% Post-Consumer Polyester. Top fabric: 14 oz/sy patterned nonwoven Core Polymer: 25 mil TPO, providing rugged flexibility and consistent weld strength Bottom fabric: 6 oz/sy needled fabric. 39 oz/sy -- total weight

Recommended Welding Instructions:


Rig Grip multi-layer material is welded by pairing the corresponding 4 male/female weld seams with either field tools or in-house fabrication tools. High quality welds are achieved with very little manipulation of weld parameters. Instructions and settings can be found here: Welding Instructions & Settings

Patching & Repairs:


Rig Grip patching for tears in the field is conducted by thermoplastic welding. Once the area for repair has been prepared with a 120g or higher flap disk, a patch weld is put in place utilizing a Leister Triac S hot air welding hand tool (or equivalent).
