LANGUAGE PACKS CREATION FOR TOP SPEED 2 A cool possibility that comes incorporated in this game, is to add different

languages to the game as desired. Everyone has translated the phrases of a game by overwriting the original audio files found in the game directory. Butt the games language option consists of creating folders for different languages and choosing the language that will be used in a CFG file. For e ample, it is possible to switch, without overwriting any file, between the English language, !panish from !pain, another Castilian, another "atin American, E#C. Below are the instructions for how to do that$ Assuming that the game is installed under the default path and a %indows operating system in English, loo& in C$'(rogram files'(laying in #he )ar&'#op !peed *. +. #his folder contains all files related to the game. ,ou will need to open the !ounds folder that contains the language pac&s folders. -f no language pac&s have been installed, or if a language pac& was installed which overrights the English, only one folder will appear, which contains the files for the English language. *. -n the !ounds folder, you must create a folder that will contain the translated voice files. For e ample, for !panish, it can be named es, esp, castellano, spa,... .. Enter the En folder to listen to the audio files. %hen listening to the files, you can already translate as you see fit. #he translated files must be saved in the folder created for the new pac& and must have the same names as the original files. Also, they must be in the /gg format. 0. %hen the audio files are translated, you may add the desired effects 1optional2 1for e ample echo, delay, etc.2 3. #o test the translation and en4oy it, the only thing you need to do is modify the 5acing.CFG file found in the games root directory. 6.
