Updates & Changes: *Final Assessment for the 12 week challenge are the week of the 14th. Thanks to all who participated, Happy Easter! *Deep Stretch Yoga: Wednesday evening the 9th, Thursday morning the 10th, and Monday the 29th morning and evening. *Bonus weekend workouts- The first 2 weekend in April only anyone is welcome to join in for $5, 12 week participant can attend the session for $2. Trainers and times will vary. You can check facebook, posted signs or ask your trainer for the next weekend workout info :)
