I find the Agility test easiest, because it is testing your speed to change direction quickly. I often do that in football so I think that I did well on that. We were allowed to do 2 times, and pick the best time we want. I think I also did pretty well on the press up, we had an option to choose to do the women press up and the normal press up, I choose to the normal press up. I find the balance quite difficult, even I am a football player myself but I have a very bad balance, I think that is something I can work on and improve this semester.

Circuit Training 2
Circuit is a training that is based on music chairs and exercising, every time the music stop you have to move stations where it has different exercise training. There were about 9 stations with all different kinds of exercise. In a scale out of 10 I think I have work about 8 because I got tired I stop for a while which is not very good.

Fixed load Circuit 3

Fixed load circuit is circuit where you know what level you are in by doing an amount of exercise. Like G is the easiest, G is 5, G for green. A is for Amber, it is 10. R is for red, R is for 15-20. Fixed load circuit is a circuit where you can choose a level you think you are on. In a scale out of 10 I think I did about 9 because this time I tried harder to reach a level I think I am in.

Skills Circuit
1. Football Circuit (Jamie, Kojin, Kevin) I think their circuit is very fun but not organized well because everyone was not doing exactly what they had to do. But I think it was really good that they had labels for each circuit. But the person himself does not quite understand football well did not give a clear explanation. I find the shooting the goal in to the hoop was very challenging, which I did score and it was very fun.

2. Volley Ball Circuit (Amalia, Evelyn) I think that the volleyball is also really fun. Evelyn did demonstrations to show us but her herself cant really do the circuits but her explanations were very clear. Amalia knew the circuit well and she could do every single station. It was well organized. The circuit helps us to get warmed up. The place they choose to do this circuit was a very bad area because the balls always getting stuck and hit the ceiling. 3. Netball Circuit (Kate, Soo-Min, Aakruti) This circuit was perfect. Everything we need was in the circuit. They had passing, dodging, shooting, agility Illionois test. Requires a group of 3 and teamwork. It is really fun, well organized. They explain nice and clear. They had a good and clear understanding of the circuit and the sport itself.
