Job Responsibilities:
•Planning and execution of Marketing Communication activities at
the stores.
•Interacting with the customer, Problem solving, dealing with the
merchandiser and category department, Data Entry, Administration
work, Performing general office duties.
•Assisting the General manger and Unit Head with daily sales forecast
and steps taken to increase sales , customer entry and cash memo ( Bill
size).
•Handling day to day administrative support such as answering
phones, greeting customer, sending mails, Faxes, copying and
printing material.
•Facilitating research for better understanding of consumers
•Planning and organizing Tie ups and Cross promotions at the store
to increase sales.
•Developing and coordinating with vendors for printing of
promotional material. (Offset / Digital Printing.
Job Responsibilities
•Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and cash handling, multi-
tasking.
• Opening/ Closing procedures
•Printing/ analyzing of daily reports about customer entry, footfalls
(customer entry), sales, bill size.
•Ordering/Receiving of merchandise from the category department.
•Data entry, Invoicing, Interacting with the customer, visual
merchandising, and restocking of store.
•Assisting customers in an extremely satisfying manner.
•Planning and execution of promotions at the store for the customer.
•Media partnerships for promoting the ongoing events and
promotions at the store.
• Analysis of marketing activities initiated.
• Competition Review, Catchments Review & In store
Questionnaire Survey.
• Expense Reporting Timely and accurate reporting of expenses
- self initiatives and unit level expenses.
• Co-ordinate with Agencies for BTL & ATL Activities (Event
listings in Newspapers, Hoarding, Radio, Newspaper Advertisement,
SMS Campaign

Job Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning, Sales Planning.
• Monitoring effectiveness of Promotional Campaigns, Designing
Scheme for Sales Promotions.
• To solve Quires of Customers and Appoint the Franchisee Network in
our country.
• Order Processing and Taking Care of Accurate Dispatches and Co-
ordination with the manufacturer and make sure that the orders are placed
on time.
