Sequence Take water in Jet machine. Load the grey fabric Raise the temperature to 55 60C Add RAN-SC-1094 (PS), 0.3 1.0% (2 gpl 10 gpl) on weight of fabric (dilute before use at temperature 55-60C) Raise the temperature of machine upto 75 95C (depending upon fabric quality) Run for 20 25 minutes at temperature 75-95C Cool the bath to 50C Add Caustic + Soda Ash + Hydrogen peroxide Raise the temperature to 90-130C and run for 15 60 minutes, for fabric to be processed for weight reduction raise the temperature to required level then cool the bath and drain the liquor.

Cold wash Neutralize with acid and 0.2 0.4% (0.2 0.4gpl) of RAN-SC-1094 (PS) Raise the temperature to 60-80C and run for 10-20 minutes. Drain the liquor Hot wash for 15 minutes. Cold wash for 15 minutes Fabric is ready for dyeing
