Article VI, Section 4.2.7 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution states that it is the power of the XU-CSG President to appoint, immediately at the start of his/her term, the heads of the executive units which will then be confirmed by the Directorate. As stated in Article IV, Section 3 of the same constitution, the departments compose the executive units of the government. These departments are headed by the department secretaries. For this memorandum, I am pleased to present and inform you of the appointed department secretaries in the Cabinet, the XU-CSG Executive Branch.
