Article VI, Section 4.2.7 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution states that it is the power of the XU-CSG President to appoint, immediately at the start of his/her term, the Students Rights and Welfare Chief Commissioner which will then be confirmed by the Directorate. With this, I am pleased to present and inform you of the appointed Students Rights and Welfare Chief Commissioner of the Xavier University-Central Student Government. Chief Commissioner, Students Rights and Welfare Commission John Mark C Daaca Please note that the appointee mentioned above is subject to the approval of the 21st Directorate. I thank Mr John Mark C Daaca for accepting the challenge in promoting students rights and defending students general human welfare starting today until the 31st of March 2014.
