We chose Roggers business because its a huancaina company and has shown that with much effort and perseverance they can go ahead. Now, this company has become one of the most competitive companies in the industrial sector. BUSINESS MISSION: We make stylish clothing, which, under close specialized process, and elegance to provide our customers, accompanied by a wise advice from our employees. BUSINESS VISION: Create a real concept of elegance and distinction to our customers through stylish clothing, accompanied by a wise advice from our employees. GENERAL OBJETIVE / PERFORMANCE: Increasing the level of sales and orders in 2012 compared to 2011, by 15%. FACTORS TO BE SUCCESFUL
This company gives their staff different training about products of sale. The sales force tries to make the costumer feel comfortable and so advise them about the clothes.

Every day they show kindness and courtesy in front of their customers but they could get better this company with a complaints book where the customers can express their opinions about the product, customer attention and prices. Its polite and appropriate to receive the criticism and advice of all the people. Id like to emphasize that in this company the customer first! About that, in a survey customers and consumers: The 42% of customers said they prefer the attention The 35% of customers said they prefer the products quality The 15% of customers said they prefer the prices The 5% of customers said they prefer the brand If a business doesnt have the adequate personnel, all the investment in equipment, system, marketing, etc. wont have value. So, Its necessary to put a system of constant evaluation for all the employees and select a capable and responsible person because it will allow to increase the productivity and to save money to the avoid the change of personnel. Another important factor is that. A part of the income of the company is destined to improve the operations of Marketing such as product designs, promotions, pricing policy, market research and advertising. I would like to mention that a key point is the advertisement however Roggers shops just invest a little, so they should create a web page where they can put information about the company, things such as the company profile, the companys history, advertisements online and have the possibility to purchase online. Also we think that Roggers shops should advertise on TV and radio even though is very expensive but were sure it can be a great idea and helps to generate good income Its important to have a very careful hygiene to keep the quality of the raw material. Its necessary to get good quality of shirts to use natural fiber. In this business, the raw material is the cotton. The cotton is an excellent material to develop shirts because its softer and more flexible and over the years these thread become stronger. They purchase the processed cotton so they

buy it like thread. They consume between fifty and one hundred twenty threads and it produces only a shirt. The maintenance of machines is important to get good products.

Ongoing workshops are of great importance. Here they learn a little more
about the materials that the garments have. Well, another point is the information workshops about diverse designs that offer and how treat the costumer. Also, the bottom line is that happy employees make good product so the employees need good deal and have an appropriate place to work. In their job, they have days off, walks fraternization, etc. It could improve with more perks such as vacation or economic incentives.
