We practice yoga nidra as releasing our emotions from body cell in detail systematically to relax after a yoga work out. But Ambika goes a step further by putting back the sensations in the part that we released earlier. But we all leave the soul part.We cover only physical body. I observed that still negative memory exist deep in our memory. So the next step is in yoga nidra ,go deep inside your soul,deeper and inside. Now further release the negatine emotions.Make your self relaxed. Again go deeper. Again find dirty and fearful memories or illusory thoughts hurting us deep inside ,vibrating and instabiling our mind for no purpose.Release that many times and relax.
