Commercial Cold Water Electric High-Pressure Washers

Krchers full line of electricpowered cold water high-pressure washers features compact designs and excellent maneuverability. With complete machine shutoff at the trigger gun, infinitely variable operating pressure, chemical metering, on-board accessory storage and integrated detergent tanks* these versatile units are ideal for a variety of applications in industries such as automotive, food service and agriculture.

Long service life, high safety standards Krcher electric motors are rated for continuous-duty operation and our pumps feature brass cylinder heads for a long service life and maximum resistance to a wide range of chemicals. Each motor is equipped with an overload cut-out (except HD 425, 525 S and 650), which shuts down automatically in the event of overheating or under/over voltage. The HD 1090 is outfitted with a 4-pole three-phase motor and a revolutionary combination of air/water cooling. Integrated detergent tank This feature allows extensive cleaning operations to be performed quickly and without having to stop to refill the tank. A metering valve provides infinitely variable adjustment (HD 650, 651 and 1090).

Optimum efficiency A three piston axial pump with hardened stainless steel pistons guarantees outstanding efficiency and smooth, quiet operation. 4

Operating pressure at a glance The trigger gun features a built-in pressure gauge so that the user can keep a constant check on the operating pressure (all models except HD 1090, see below, and HD 425).

Accessories at hand Thanks to on-board holders, accessories are securely and neatly stowed and always within reach. Automatic shut-off A pressure switch shuts the machine off completely when the trigger gun is released, increasing the lifetime of your pressure washer. AVS: Anti twist system The high-pressure hose is pivotmounted in the trigger gun to prevent the annoying problem of the hose twisting during use (HD 525 S, 650, 651, 655 H only).

Height adjustable and collapsible handles The handle on the HD 1090 is heightadjustable so that it can be set to the most comfortable operating position. Collapsible handles featured on the HD 525 S facilitate easy transport and storage. Mobile and maneuverable The upright construction of these high-pressure washers guarantees easy handling in a minimum of space. Large tires provide excellent maneuverability, even on uneven surfaces and steps (all models except HD 425, 655 H). Cage frame construction Heavy gauge steel constructed frame provides extra protection in rough cleaning environments (HD 425, 655 H).

Commercial Direct-Drive Cold Water Gasoline High-Pressure Washers

When cold water economy is a must and electricity is not available, Krcher offers a wide range of gasoline powered pressure washers designed for tough commercial/industrial applications. Durably constructed and extremely mobile, they will take on even the most difficult cleaning tasks. They are ideal for use in the rental and construction industries and for large contract cleaning jobs. Rugged Honda and Robin/Subaru engines Krcher gasoline-powered pressure washers feature the best engines in their class (all models feature Honda GX Series or Robin EX Series). Industrial-grade, easy-to-start engines with built-in oil alert systems provide the durability and quality required for the toughest cleaning jobs. Cage-type frame design Krchers cage-type frame design not only provides optimum protection for the machine but also protects the high-pressure hose from being accidently damaged. Heavy-duty, 1 steel tubing and a protective powder-coating provide maximum protection against corrosion. Krchers frames are designed to withstand drops of up to three feet without major damage to the unit. All components are easily accessible for service and no tools are required for assembly.

High-performance pump German engineered, Krcher industrialgrade, direct-drive axial pumps are designed for heavy-duty use. Brass pump heads and stainless steel pistons provide maximum protection and extend the service life of the pump. A thermal relief valve protects the pump from overheating by displacing hot water. 8

Easy maneuverability All units feature oversized 10 pneumatic tires, ideal for rough terrain.

Detergent injection and infinitely variable metering A built-in detergent injection system allows convenient application of detergents in low-pressure mode. A metering valve allows infinite adjustment of the detergent dilution.

Everything neatly in place All units come standard with a 50 ft. high-pressure hose and spray wand/ hose holder. Mounting holes are supplied on all units for an optional 100 ft. hose reel (hose reel standard on HD 3000 DH and 3600 DH).

Pro-style accessories and convenient storage Included on all models are pro-style Quick Connect nozzles (0, 15, 25, 40, detergent) for various cleaning tasks. Also standard are industrialgrade stainless steel spray wands with Quick Connect adapters (K 2400 HH comes with zinc-plated spray wand). The trigger guns feature a child safety lock for added security. Convenient holders for the detergent siphoning tube, nozzles and a tray-type holder for a detergent bottle (not standard on all models) are all integrated into the front panel.

Increased cleaning power The Dirtblaster Rotary Spray Nozzle (standard on K 2400 HH, HD 2700 DH, 3000 DH and 3600 DH) increases cleaning power by up to 50% compared to regular fan-jet nozzles.

Rugged Honda engines All units feature powerful, reliable and easy-to-start Honda GX Series engines with standard oil-alert system. Unique frame design Krchers cage-type frame design is not only very compact and wellbalanced for easy maneuverability, it also provides maximum protection. Made with 1 tubular, powder-coated steel, this series is extremely rugged. The engine and pump are incorporated into a power plate that absorbs shock and vibration. This industry-leading range of hot water electric high-pressure washers reflects the finest German engineering and the latest developments in high-pressure washer technology. Combined with outstanding customer convenience and easy servicing, these pressure washers are designed for the most difficult cleaning tasks while in continuous, multi-shift operation. High-performance burner system Features a vertical heating coil with an air-insulated double jacket to trap heat inside and keep the burner cool outside. Continuous ignition provides uniform heat distribution. This 90% + fuel efficient burner system guarantees low emissions and a long service life. Highest quality and safety standards Our units are equipped with patented Krcher direct-drive three piston axial pumps with brass cylinder heads and stainless steel valves and pistons. A grouped safety system (all models except HDS 500 Ci) incorporates low water and fuel cut-off, a pulsation dampener and two pressure switches (full-size models only). In addition, all machine controls run off low 24 VAC for maximum protection. Comfort and convenience The low resistance trigger gun features complete machine shut-off. Ergonomically designed machine handles provide user comfort. Also featured are semi-pneumatic tires to provide easy mobility and a swivel type caster with a brake for safety.

Everything under control Clear indicator lights are provided for monitoring the motor, low fuel cut-out and scale inhibitor system. Large dimensioned dials for on/off function of the unit and burner, temperature control and detergent metering make these models safe and convenient to use.

Plenty of power The patented Krcher air- and water-cooled electric motor drives the high-pressure pump, fuel pump and blower fan while providing pre-heated water at the same time to ensure optimum efficiency and long service life (HDS 500 Ci, 600 Ci, 801 E motors are air-cooled only). Motor protection In case of high temperature or high amp draw, automatic safety shutdown occurs. Infinitely variable controls Customized control is achieved through infinitely variable chemical metering, operating pressure, water volume and temperature (HDS 500 Ci has variable water temperature only).

Quick set-up and storage Removable corrosion-proof detergent tanks and built-in corrosion-resistant fuel tanks are conveniently filled from the outside without opening the machine cover. Built-in storage provides plenty of room for accessories (all models except the Ci Series).

High-speed heating chamber When high cleaning efficiency is required and exhaust emissions are unacceptable, this high-speed, electrically heated chamber provides hot water quickly (HDS 801 E only). Integrated anti-scale device The scale inhibitor system decreases machine downtime by preventing mineral deposits in the burner coil.

Commercial Oil-Fired Cold/Hot/Steam Gasoline High-Pressure Washers

These durable units are designed for use where maximum cleaning power and gasoline/diesel independence are a must. They come complete with infinitely variable water volume, operating pressure, temperature control and chemical metering. These high-performance machines feature a 90% + fuel efficient burner system and low water, fuel and oil cut-off for maximum protection against damage. High-performance burner system Features a vertical heating coil with an air-insulated double jacket to trap heat inside and keep the burner cool on the outside. Continuous ignition provides uniform heat distribution and this 90% + fuel efficient burner system guarantees low emissions and a long service life, making it ideal for indoor use. Integrated anti-scale device The inhibitor system decreases machine downtime by preventing mineral deposits in the burner coil (all models except HDS 801 B). Safety and convenience Controls include safety devices such as engine idle down (HDS 1000 BE only), a high-pressure safety relief valve and low fuel and water cut-off. There are also warning lights for low fuel, oil and water levels, and scale inhibitor levels (HDS 801 has scale inhibitor level only). All models run off low 12 VAC protective control voltage.

Powerful and rugged These units (except HDS 3205 BE) feature low emission Honda GX Series engines with convenient electric starters. The HDS 3205 BE includes a powerful 16 HP Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine.

Outstanding corrosion protection The heavy-duty tubular frame is powder-coated and made from corrosion-resistant steel. Large pneumatic tires are standard equipment on the HDS 801 B and an optional wheel kit is available for other models. The heavy-duty frame can be trailer/ pickup mounted (except HDS 801 B). An optional stainless steel front panel can be added for increased protection (belt-drive models only).

Servopress trigger gun The Krcher Servopress trigger gun allows instant and convenient adjustment of pressure and water flow by way of a thumb wheel on the handle (HDS 1000 BE only). Infinitely variable controls These units feature infinitely variable chemical metering, operating pressure, water volume and temperature (HDS 801 B has variable water temperature only).

High-performance pumps The HDS 3204 BE, 3205 BE, and 3555 BE feature a high-performance belt-driven General pump with an integrated thermal pump protection device. The HDS 801 B and 1000 BE incorporate a patented Krcher direct-drive, three piston, axial pump designed for heavy-duty use. It features stainless steel plated pistons, brass cylinder heads, and stainless steel inlet/ outlet valves. These units incorporate a new generation of natural gas/propane-fired electric highpressure washers, raising quality and reliability to a higher level. They offer classic Krcher features like complete machine shut-off at the trigger gun, infinitely variable water volume, pressure, temperature and chemical metering. They are equipped with a scale inhibitor system and air/water-cooled electric motors for a longer operating life. Trouble-free operation and versatility All units feature a patented Krcher direct-drive three piston axial pump with brass cylinder head, stainless steel valves and pistons with ceramic sleeves. The direct-drive system with wobble plate provides increased efficiency and, since it incorporates fewer moving parts, there are no belts to wear or replace. A built-in variable steam mode allows for greater versatility when performing detailed cleaning. Easy Accessibility A roll-out tray that incorporates the motor, pump and safety system, along with detachable side panels, permit easy access for servicing. Accessories For convenience, all models are equipped with a chrome hose holder and a built-in bracket for an optional 200 ft. hose reel mount.

Safety and control A grouped safety system incorporates low water cut-off, a pulsation dampener and two pressure switches. In addition, all machine controls run off low 24 VAC for maximum protection. Infinitely Variable Controls Operating pressure, water volume and temperature are all infinitely variable.

High-performance burner system Units feature a high-performance vertical heating coil (atmospheric burner system heating) with an auto electronic ignition from Honeywell. Integrated anti-scale device The inhibitor system decreases machine downtime by preventing mineral deposits in the burner coil.

Heavy-duty design The rugged design includes a heavyduty chassis with a stainless steel electrical box cover, coil wrap and hood. All models can be run indoors without any objectionable odors with proper flue vent installation.
