GPS Development Services is the commercialized development arm of the Banyan Tree Group, a leading manager and developer of premium resorts, hotels and spas around the world. We provide development and technical expertise and advisory services in the hospitality industry and beyond. Our teams of highly qualified and experienced professionals in Singapore, China and Thailand have developed more than 30 hotels and 60 spas around the world, managing the opening of a diverse range of properties across various regions in Asia Pacific, Americas, Europe and the Middle East. We offer a range of development services. We provide overall program structure, schedule and strategies as we coordinate the different tasks from feasibility, project initiation, pre-construction all the way to pre-opening, to ensure the timely deliverable of all tasks and products that comply to project requirements and standards. With our professional and multi disciplinary expertise within our team, we are able to provide a holistic onestop service to our clients. Some of the key services that we provide will be: Project feasibility studies Recommendation of the best positioning for the development Formulation of project brief, master schedule, facilities list, area program and cost plan Review and audit of technical and operational requirements, cost, quality and time perspectives in the interest of our clients. Tracking of construction progress and the timely commencement of pre-opening activities Ensuring operators tasks are addressed and operator interface will be in tandem with the actual progress on site

During the two phases of renovation, the GPS team demonstrated the ability to provide quality workmanship that is on time and within budget.. The communication, quality of work and follow-through by the team from budgeting, preliminary design, alternate scenarios, to actual construction were excellent.. As a result, we were able to begin a successful new era in our 16-year tradition of success with a brand-new refurbished All Pool Villa resort. This would have been impossible to accomplish without GPS.
