JV PARTNERSHIP
A joint venture between WHSmith and our Indonesian partner IDP PT Inti Dufree Promosindo (IDP) is a subsidiary company of PT Sona Topas Tourism Industry Tbk (STTI), a company owned by DFS Group Limited, companies affiliated to the Indonesian conglomerate Mayapada Group, and the public. IDP is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia in 1990. DFS and Mayapada have been partners for over 20 years. This new entity has won the right to operate 8 travel convenience stores at the new Bali international terminal opening in 2014.
