Reason for study in Korea

In modern time, the exchange students comes from different parts of the world, from all backgrounds and walks of life, have large number of study choices where they want to study abroad. Students who gain abroad study opportunity than many students who would never have any chance few generation ago. However, until 1920s, abroad study opportunities were limited to the children belonging to wealthy families and parents who have abroad social circles beyond the reach of the average family people. Also, the vast number of study abroad opportunities focused on countries like USA, UK, Europe and Canada etc. Additionally, they have finance and social extension to go abroad and study. In the year 2000s, the students got more opportunities and ways to get admission in Western Europe, South East Asia and Australia, due to free tuition fee policy for international students. Numerous students travelled from their home countries to above mentioned countries in search of free admissions in undergraduate and graduate level. However, in late 2000s, some of the Western European countries left out free tuition fee policy and set some financing structure for undergraduate and graduate studies. However, countries like Korea, have variety of career development opportunities for young students and scientists for perusing higher education in different sectors of education. By studying at Korea, student have chance to avail scholarship and fellowship programmes with Airfare ticket, Medical insurance, Hostel Room allotment, Monthly stipend etc. In case of fellowship program, student avail full time work or job with all settlement and financial benefits to researchers from all over the world. But in order to avail the scholarship or fellowship programme, the student should have good healthy GPA, language requirement, age limit, bachelor or master degree and medical examination requirement for the admission. As compared to other English speaking countries, Korea offers low cost study and living cost for students from countries like India, Pakistan, Srilanka and Bangladesh etc. Also the Korean Government recently announced extensive support and more relaxation for foreign students regarding scholarship, part time jobs, and employment opportunities after graduation. By studying at Korean Institutes, the students have many benefits and welfares. Firstly, the students like me have chance to explore many subjects in a Korean foreign institute which they would not have had the opportunity to study at home country. Secondly, studying abroad in Korea, helps in widening of the students perspective on life and chance to see wide world people with different cultural society. The students can adapt to Asian condition very easily and have chance to mix with Korean culture. The students will be able to develop the leadership and insight necessary to lead humanity towards a better future in life. Thirdly, students have chance to enhance their career opportunities and enhance their rsum with foreign degree. After getting foreign degree, student have chance to get well paid job in their host country but also in countries like USA, after studying in Korean Institutes. Students have chance to get involved with high standard academic faculty in Science and Technology. A person have chance to enlarge its academic and professional circle across the developed country like Korea. Korea offers a lot of

opportunities for students to have chance to get involved in research projects. Korea is funding a lot of research projects in different sector of Science and Technology. According to 2011 National Competitiveness Report of IMD in Switzerland, Korea ranked number 4th in Asia after Singapore, based on education competitiveness, Korea will be able to offer a higher level of education services to the students coming from abroad. Korea provides the perfect breeding ground for student in high-technology and creative fields. The Korea IT sector is renowned internationally with many IT sector resources like heavy machinery, chemical, shipbuilding, and automobile sectors, in which Korea also leads the world. People are provided with ultra-speed internet networks and make full use of technology in this century. Korea also holds Employment Exhibitions every year for foreign students in order to help out employment or job seeking professionals. Especially, with the gold card system for graduates of Science and Technology, the people have prospective to work legally beyond residency permission. Korean Government is also helping out young graduates with the employment and visa issuance for foreign students.
