For the responses below, please limit your answers to 100 words or less where applicable. 1. Based on your leadership experience (NSBE and external), describe why you are best suited for the desired position.
2. Provide a current overall evaluation of the NSBE Professional membership and Brand. Please list potential areas for improvement and enhancement.
3. What personal contributions have you made to enhance the position of NSBE (Professionals)?
4. What encouraged you to apply for this position and what motivates you to become a leader within NSBE?
5. If you were selecting applicants for this position, which qualities would you look for?
6. When situations are difficult, are you more likely to continue through or opt for an alternate route?

Recommendation Letters: Please submit two (2) letters of recommendation that speak to your character regarding the position sought. One letter should be from a current or past Region 1 Board Member (e.g. PEB, NEB, NAB) or World Headquarter Employee. The second letter can be from any additional source however a current or previous employer is highly recommended. Recommendation letters should be sent directly to the Region 1 Professionals Chair Emeritus (Ronald Wagogo) at r1pebemeritus@nsbe.org.
