Manufacturing Technology (Brazed)

Stainless steel plates, covered by brass. Manufacturing of the plates with special tool.

They put the plates onto each other according to required capacity.

Heat Exchangers have been put into an oven. Brass melts here. Brazed connection is redy.

Assembly Technology (Gasketed)

Plate Heat Exchangers

Brazed Heat Exchangers: Light weight There is no leakage It can be cleaned only with acid (flushing)

Gasketed Heat Exchangers: Heavy weight Leakage can occure It can be disassembled and cleaned manually
