Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who has reasoh to believe that in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, .
and elsewhere there is now certain property which is subject to forfeiture to the United States,

the contents of First Premier Settlement account 170138-0125 in
the name of Electracash Inc., First Premier account 170138-0117
in the name of Electracash Reserve, and Certificate of Deposit
number 170007-2148, and located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

I am satisfied that the affidavit establishes probable cause to believe that the property 'so described is subject to seizure and
forfeiture and that grounds exist for the issuance of this seizure warrant.

YOU ARE HEREBY AUTH 0RIZED to seize within ten (10) days, the property specified, servi~g this wa~ant and
making the seizure in the daytime. 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM -leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the property seized,
and prepare a written inventory of the property seized and promptly return this warrant to any U.S. Magistrate Judge, as
required by law. .. . .
THE ABOVE-REFERENCED FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IS HEREBY COMMANDED, for a
period of sixty (60) days from the date ofthis warrant, to effect the seizure of the contents ofthe above-referenced accounts
and to refuse the withdrawal of any amount from said accounts by anyone other than duly authorized law enforcement agents,
promptly provide officers or contractors of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement with the current account
balances, and continue to accrue any deposits, interest, dividends, and any other amount credited to said accounts until the
aforementioned law enfoicem~nt~~ge'nts direct that the contents of said accounts be finally liquidated. Service of this seizure
