CONDITIONS:
1. The number of Trainee post is provisional and likely to change. Such change will not be notified either in
Newspaper or intimated to the candidates.

2. Candidates applying for the Trainee post should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria. Their
recruitment process will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility criteria
mentioned. Company will take up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents
only after the candidate has qualified for interview.

3. All candidates who pay the requisite Application Fees will be called for written test. No detailed scrutiny
of application will be carried out at the time of giving call letters for written test. All the candidates will
receive the call letter by mail or by Post.

4. The mode of selection is through open Competitive Examination. All the candidates shall have to undergo
the similar recruitment process i.e. the Written Examination +Group Discussion +Structured Interview.

5. The written test will be conducted tentatively during the month of 29TH Nov 2009 at centers 1-
Delhi/NCR , 2-Mumbai, 3-Lucknow , 4-Jaipur, 5-Patna, 6-Meerut, 7-Pune, 8-Banglore, 9-Hyderabad,10-

a. On the basis of Performance in the written test the candidates will be short listed for Personal
Interviews and GD. Taking into consideration the performance in the written test ,GD and
Personal Interview the select list will be prepared.
b. The list of candidates called for written test,GD, personal interview and selected / unselected
for the details will be published on Company’s website i.e. www.radxs.co.in from time to
time.

7. Fee : Rs 500/- in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of RADXS GROUP payable at
Gurgaon.
8. Your training period will of 3 months which can be extended or as per the discretion of the RADXS).
Training will be conducted either by the RADXS or by the client company depends on the situation &
discretion of the company. All the Trainee get a apponintment letter after completion of Training.
Salary package will be depends on our clientele company norms.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1-The Decision of the Company in all matters relating to Trainee recruitment shall be final and no
individual correspondence will be entertained.
a. Applications received after due date will not be entertained. The Company is not
responsible for postal delay.
b. If Selected, their selection will be subject to verification of disciplinary actions and vigilance
enquiries in process / completed and other service records. The decision of the Company in
this regard shall be final and no individual representations will be entertained.
c. The Trainee recruitment in Radxs group is done strictly as per merit in a systematic way
giving weightage to Written Test / Personal Interview. Canvassing in any form will
disqualify the candidate.
2-Any request for change of address and enclosing supporting documents later on will not be entertained.

3-The Company reserves the right to cancel the Details fully or partly on any grounds and such decision of
the Company will not be notified or intimated to the candidates.

4-The medium of the Written Test will be English.
