ABSTRACT We have chosen a path to implement our innovative ideas in the form of this project named as MODEL OF WIRELESS REMOTE OPERATED MAGNETIC OVERHEAD CRANE The basic concept which is emerged out from our project is to handling objects over a certain height this project is patronized in to two distinct categories 1-over head cranes 2- remote control part. Crane Is The Main Base Line In An Manufacturing Industries Since Years Ago With Time Its Shape & Size & Efficiency Cause A Rapid Change The most adaptable and the most widely used type of power driven crane for indoor service is undoubtedly the three motion EOT. Crane. Overhead cranes are a standard fixture in many industrial, manufacturing and assembly environments. It serves a larger area of floor space within its own travelling restrictions than any other permanent type hoisting arrangement there are many types of EOT CRANES but the most common used cranes in common practice is over head cranes which are often called as bridge cranes having two types double girder cranes which move along [X,Y&Z]axis respectively or move in long & cross travel & one more type of cranes is single girder which only use for long travel. As the name implies, this type of crane is provided with movement above the floor level. Hence it occupies no floor space and this can never interface with any movement of the work being carried out at the floor of the building. The three motions of such crane are the hoisting motion and the cross travel motion. Each of the motions is provided by electric motors the above characteristics have made this type of crane suitable for medium and heavy workshop and warehouses. No engineering erection shop, machine shop, foundry, heavy stores is complete without an EOT crane.
