Let me show you how easy it is to Increase profits through improved efficiencies, reduced fuel costs, reduced overtime, and reduced Insurance costs by up to 35%. Real Time tracking for as low as 53 per vehicle per day!!!

Lower fuel costs, reduced overtime and increased efficiencies and eliminating side jobs are no longer just a competitive advantage. They are vital to compete in todays business world! Ask yourself:
Do you know where your vehicles are at 24x7x365? where your mobile or remote employees are at any time during their work day? what time they started and finished their day? when they arrived at their scheduled appointments? where theyve been in your vehicle, using your fuel, and possibly your tools?
Scenario What does the Tracking Report indicate? Your customer says you didnt treat her lawn on Monday, as scheduled. The Report indicates your technician arrived at 10:58am on Monday, and was onsite for 34-minutes, before his vehicle was restarted and he departed for his next appointment. A repeat appointment and re-treatment was not necessary! She is pleased with your professional response and refers their neighbors for service.

Scenario What does the Tracking Report indicate?

Your mobile employee reported their day began at 8:00am and ended at 6:30pm. The Report indicates they started their work vehicle, in front of their house, at 9:10am. Their work vehicle was started, and left the job site, at 4:40pm. You confronted your employee with the information and he adjusted his time card. You saved more than 2-hours of fraudulent overtime and you have a conscientious employee who is happy to be given a second chance.

Scenario What does the Tracking Report indicate?

Your best employee completed all seven deliveries as scheduled! The report indicates your employee completed all seven deliveries as scheduled, in very good time. However, the Idle Time Report indicates he left the vehicle Idling for an average of 26-Minutes, at each stop, to keep the vehicle cool. This is approximately 3-hours of idle time per day, 15-hours per week, or 63-hours per Month. At current fuel prices, this is hundreds of dollars.

INTERESTING STATISTICS

US DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY*
LABOR COSTS: 15-minutes per day represent 3% of an 8-hour day. Ten Drivers wasting 15-minutes per day at $12.00 per hour represents $6,240 annually. SPEED / HORSEPOWER: Analysis of road experience indicates the ideal speed for the average Truck is 50-55 MPH. The power required to increase speed multiplies exponentially: 73% more Horsepower to cruise at 60 mph 159% more Horsepower to cruise at 70 mph

SPEED / FUEL COSTS: Research indicates that each MPH above 50 MPH increases fuel consumption by 1.5%. A Truck, which averages 8 MPG at 50 MPH, will average 6.8 MPG at 60 MPH. SPEED / MAINTENANCE COSTS: Gears, bearings, clutches, suspension and drive trains all wear much faster at higher speeds. Increasing speed from 50 MPH to 60 MPH increases maintenance costs by 38%. Increasing the speed from 50 MPH to 70 MPH increases cost by 80%. IDLING: Idling causes TWICE as much damage as driving. 1-Hour of idling is equivalent to between 80-Minutes and 120-Minutes of driving time. The resulting loss of fuel economy, from excessive Idling, can add up to 800 gallons of fuel annually, for the average Truck. (Approximately $3680 per vehicle 800 Gallons x $4.60 per Gallon of Fuel)
