General Rules: (Please read all rules carefully)

Eligibility to Participate a. Current university students from any discipline b. Young executives who left university not before 2011. c. Age not over 30 yrs.

How to Participate a. Form a team of 4 (four) person. Agree a case topic. Broadly, cases should cover the teams thoughts on how to improve the Supply Chain Operation in Bangladesh, or in an organization working within Bangladesh. This could cover the overall supply chain set up or a particular area in the supply chain. b.

Register for the case competition with a nominal fee BDT 3,000 per case team of 4 persons with ISCEA Bangladesh office on or before March 15, 2014. Supply chain case has to be in one of the Six SCM Drivers: Facilities, Inventory, Transportation, Information, Sourcing, Pricing. You might chose to present a national level supply chain issue or an organization level issue from Bangladesh. Write about the present issue in the selected area and then suggest ways of improvement. Submit case on or before April 01, 2014. Case submissions should be made in A4 offset papers with no more than 4 pages (including cover page). Results for case completion will be announced by April 15, 2014. Winners will be then invited to attend the award ceremony at a convenient location within Dhaka. Pay relevant discounted Fees along with the fully free/partially discounted scholarship voucher and Register for CSCA (Certified Supply Chain Analyst) program on or before 30th April, 2014.

Total number of Awards 400 (100 teams x 4 person = 400 awardees).

Standard ISCEA fees applicable globally for CSCA Workshop and Certification Exam US$ 995 / person.

Following 25 Teams (with no more than 5 teams per organization or per university) will be awarded scholarship worth US$ 695/person (CSCA Awards for 100 participants) to sit for CSCA Workshop and Certification Exam worth US$ 995/person. Under this category, winners will only need to pay US$ 300/person. Total award value : US$ 69,500.

Top 10 winning teams nationally (with no more than 3 teams per organization or per university) will be awarded full free scholarship (CSCA Awards for 40 participants) to sit for CSCA Workshop and Certification Exam worth US$ 995/person. Total award value: US$ 39,800.

Rest 65 Teams (with no more than 7 teams per organization or per university) will be awarded scholarship worth US$ 595/person (CSCA Awards for 260 participants) to sit for CSCA Workshop and Certification Exam worth US$ 995/person. Under this category, winners will only need to pay US$ 400/person. Total award value : US$ 1,54,700. ISCEA solely reserves the right to disqualify any team or teams and increase/decrease number of awards. Awards are NOT transferrable.

Selection Process a. A panel of Judges from ISCEA Bangladesh advisory board will evaluate all cases. b. Judges will use multiple criteria in evaluating the presentations, including the technical content, presentation style, case. analysis style, and strength of recommendations and conclusions based on Case requirements.
