The Court having duly considered the Application and Declararion filed by Plaintiff in this action, and having heard the testimony of both parties, now therefore, IT IS HEREBY

ORDERED:

Defendant Altaf Chaus shall not contact, molest, attack, strike, threaten, soually

assault, batter, telephone, or otherwise disturb the peace of Plaintiff Prem L.
