Jose, California 95110 San Jose Police Department 201 West Mission Street San Jose, California 95110 In re witness testimony in murder case, plus volunteering as a condential informant To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to indicate my willingness to assist federal, state, city or county law enforcement agencies in any surveillance or undercover operations for which I may be deemed so qualied, and to otherwise make myself available in any capacity or role for the purposes of drug, fencing or rearms stings (or the like). I have a long-standing history of involvement in participation in, and with persons engaging in, gang and organized (syndicate) crime, and am still heavily ingrained and enmeshed in the community of career criminals actively involved in same. My extensive background in this regard lends itself to an almost innate and natural ability to comfortably and credibly blend in any environment, situation, and circle of persons typically encountered in said community. Unlike other inmate-defendants who have successfully participated in arrangements such as the one I propose in lieu of prolonged incarceration, I do this in the absence of any expectation or request for leniency or sentence reduction; rather, through my own effort, I intend to reverse the trend that began in 2003 of ongoing and frequent negative encounters with law enforcement, and, going forward, establish and maintain a positive and mutually benecial relationshipif a relationship must persist at all, as appears is inevitable. As an immediate gesture of my sincerity to (nally) be the asset that I strongly desire to be to law enforcement, the criminal justice system, and, of course, my community, I remain available to proffer any and all information that I have in regard to the murder of Martin Chacon (dec. August 13th, 2012), the circumstances of which I have intimate and direct knowledge. Insodoing, I hope to secure my rst step towards becoming an accepted and signicant member of society.
