This source is credible because it is a journal written by Mike Voight. He was a player in many sports and played college level sports. He goes to different workshops to explain the importance of a coach and their responsibilities. He said that a Coach should utilize to enhance the quality of their players' practices.

These strategies consisted of practicing quality coaching, communication, practicing at game speed, and giving positive reinforcement when players do things right. This source is helpful because it explains many coaches responsibilities and that is what one of my main focuses is on for my paper.
