1.06 WARRANTY

3. PART 3 - EXECUTION
3.01 INSTALLATION
A.

The entire security system shall be installed


by
specialized sub-contractor approved by the Engineer.
Installation
of
the
system
shall
conform
to
the equipment manufacturer's written
instructions, National Electric Code and approved
drawings.

B.

Other
electrical
workrequirements
shall be
as
specified in Section 16050 - BASIC MATERIALS AND
METHODS. Coaxial cable and power cable for each camera
shall be run in separate conduits.

Testing: The completed installation shall be tested


in accordance
with
the equipment
manufacturer's written recommendation.
Testing
shall be conducted
by
manufacturer's
authorized representative. The Engineer shall
be
notified
in advance
to witness the test.
Certified copies of test procedure and results shall be
forwarded to the Engineer.
