Name of the Activity: Planting Vegetable Seeds Description: Students are going to plant vegetable seeds in paper cups, water them every day, and watch them grow for one week. Name of the Activity: Sustainable Education Description: Each section will prepare a project about the benefits of trees (song about trash, interview with Sukleen, interview with the Ministry of Environment, Brochure about recycling, awaking campaigns about recycling, power point, and so on. Le Crepe
Name of the Activity: Le Crepe Description: Cooking for kids in more than cooking; its fun, and children love to make their own breakfast by rolling up a crepe. Students can have fun together, planning, measuring, mixing, cooking, and enjoying each other's company. This crepe recipe is an easy and fun activity that students will enjoy. Expected Date: Venue: In class Time: French periods Sections involved:5 B, D, E Required Preparation: Combine the liquid ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Have the child mix the ingredients thoroughly with a fork or a wire whisk. Have the child continue to mix the ingredients while the flour is sifted into the bowl. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly cover the pan with non-stick spray oil. Pour one small ladle of the dough mix into the pan. Tilt and jiggle the pan and allow the dough to cover the bottom of the pan. Flip the crepe using a plastic spatula when the edges of the crepe start to turn golden (approximately 1 minute depending on temperature). Cook the crepe until the bottom of the crepe turns golden.
