Work for a company or to run an own business

Every fresh graduate tries to get a job or run their own business after graduating from university. In the determining the options, they should know the advantages and disadvantages of both the options because it is very important for the fresh graduate to decide which options for the future. Running your own business and working for a company have a several differences for your good future. Running your own business will take more your time than working for a company because when you run a business you will work every day, every time, and everywhere That means your work time are flexible. Working in one company has a less risk than you run your own business. Work in a one company you just follow your boss what that give your boss it is what you do but when you running own business you work by yourself not by your boss and the risk will you get are you got a bankrupt cause of your business not run as well. The rules working for a company and running a business it is different because if you working in a company the rules was given by the company and you just follow the rules but running your own business this business are based on your own idea it is from you and for you , the rules was setting by your own. Work for a company and run an own business also have a several similarity for your good future. Both of the options work for a company and run a business makes you become a hard worker because both of the options pressure you to be a good worker. The experiences between working in company and running your own business as same because you are the fresh graduate and needs the experience the both of options can give you that experience. In conclusion, choose the job by what you need if you are the person who like work in a company or you doesnt need more risk it is better you work for a company but if y ou one of person like to take the risk and you need the challenge for your experience running the own business are better cause you can make your business and build the company based on your ideas.
