"(HR Thabrani) My dear brothers, This Hadith describes the relationship between Jihad in Damascus and Jerusalem. My dear brothers, In 1982, a tragedy more terrible murders took place than it is now. Within one month of February 1982, the regime of Hafez Assad, the father of Basyar Assad has killed 45,000 people in Hama. This tragedy is not known because of lack of information technology to break news that so tightly controlled in Syria at the time. Today, the information cannot be hinder again until tsaurah or uprisings spread from Tunisia to Syria through social media and the Internet. Actually the people of Syria are too long lived under the tyranny that gripped since the 1970's. Pressing tyranny of the Syrian people like the tyranny in Tunisia under

the dictatorship of Habib Bourguiba and his successor Zainal Abidin Ben Ali since the 1960s, as well as the ruled Libya by Muammar Ghadaffi since 1961, and living in Egypt under the tyranny of King Farouk, Gamal Abdul Nasser and Hosni Mubarak of killing and imprisoning scholars and missionary supporter especially the Muslim Brotherhood since the 1940s. But what is happening in Syria is far more brutal and cruel. This is because Basyar Assad regime is dominated by the Nusayriah - an extreme branch of Shi'ism. Nusayriah religion is disseminated 200 years after the death of the Prophet PBUH. They were purified Ali same as Shi'a group, but by combining the teachings of Christianity and Zoroastrianism. Hence their aversion to the Sunni Muslims who form the majority of the Syrian people, that is 78% peaking when the people rise up against tyranny Basyar Assad. They Blasphemy very clearly when military Assad force the Syrians people to say the word "Ash-hadu alla ilaha illa Basyar" (Na'uzubillah). So we see this hatred expressed in the killing of a child without any mercy. They even shoot the same mosque towers as committed by Israel in Gaza, made a mockery of the Muslim prayers, burning of the Quran even pollute the mosque. My dear brothers, Prophet. said: "The Centre for Muslim leadership on the biggest battle is in a state named Ghuthah, which is in the state there is a city named Damascus (Damascus), it is the best home for the Muslims at that time." (Narrated by Imam Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Al-Abani confirmed in Sahih Al-Jami ') Although this hadith does not necessarily refer to what is happening in Syria today, but it is strong enough to give impetus to strive Jihad for the Syrian people. And Sheikh Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi said he would go down to Damascus and Friday prayers and preaching there when the Syrian people succeed in their struggle which he regarded an imminent, God willing.

My dear brothers, Some fatwa was agreed to by 400 delegates gathered scholars worldwide in Istanbul on 1-3 July 2012 ago. They simply decided: 1) It is Mandatory for Muslims to join together with the rise of the Syrian people for their struggle is between right and wrong, between justice and injustice. Their struggle is also to fight the ruling that kill and oppress people. And this shows that compulsory for Muslims to help and expressing support for the oppressed Muslims. 2) It is obligatory upon every Muslim leaders in order to express support and input to the rise of the Syrian people. Support either from the point of financial assistance, weapons and various forms of assistance so that rise of their winnings. They also have expressed support and provide assistance Liberation Army weapons to Syria, which has been fought and fought against the unjust regime Basyar.
3) An obligation to support those who fight for the truth. So, do not miss out on the religious scholars and Muslim scholars in order to express their support and input of the Syrian uprising. And it is forbidden for them to silence when their see the cruelty that happen in Syria.
