I believe that my strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and computer skills, along with my degrees in Criminal Justice and Economics will make me an ideal candidate for your position. I have also gained much experience with various computer programs, including MICROPOS, and internet research skills. I am able to multitask within various programs while researching on the internet. I have spent many years in the customer service industry learning how to truly interact with other individuals both by serving as a waitress and by being a child care provider. At these jobs, I gained invaluable knowledge about serving customer needs while being professional and courteous; I am often praised for exceeding established standards for customer service.
