Within RamblerLink, I was very excited about the possibility of becoming a part of your company as a member of a fraud prevention specialists team. I believe that my strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and computer skills, along with my degrees in Criminal Justice and Economics will make me an ideal candidate for your position. I believe that I would be a wonderful asset to this team because of my past experiences in the workforce, my educational background, and my interest for fraud prevention. I have also gained much experience with various computer programs, including MICROPOS, and internet research skills. I am able to multitask within various programs while researching on the internet. I have spent many years in the customer service industry learning how to truly interact with other individuals both by serving as a waitress and by being a child care provider. At these jobs, I gained invaluable knowledge about serving customer needs while being professional and courteous; I am often praised for exceeding established standards for customer service. I am able to resolve a variety of issues that the customer may have with or without supervision.
