About Us 4Real Sports Academy is home based out of Tampa Florida with affiliates in Atlanta Georgia, Wallace North Carolina, Indiana Indianapolis, Dallas Texas, Washington D.C. and Ludwigsburg Germany. Our humble beginnings began in 1998 in Ludwigsburg Germany under the small idea that anyone who wants to succeed should have the opportunity. Under the umbrella of SPORTAGON in Ragensburg, Germany that simple idea, our company created partnerships throughout Europe and maintained our strong relationships with coaches and players throughout the Continental US. Now, 16 years later we are revitalizing our simple and humble idea to provide student athletes and opportunity to succeed if they want. Our strategy and process is a simple 4 step process. We believe that the proper growth is essential and will always come before the athlete can succeed and that each athlete self-esteem and self-image is worth far more than any one victory or championship. We strive to provide a family-friendly, positive, fun and safe environment where our students can learn to love to be active. We understand that coaches and teachers have the ability to make a huge impact on the life of an athlete, a responsibility we take very seriously. Our camp staff members value their positions as role models and their responsibility to do what they can to provide our students with confidence and skills that can be used to enhance their lives 1. Every athlete can benefit from our camps. It improves his or

her coordination, flexibility, and strength. 2. Every athlete deserves the opportunity to achieve his or her

goals, whatever those goals may be. 3. Every athlete should feel like they are the most important

athlete in our organization, regardless of physical ability. 4. Every person who is touched by our organization should benefit

from the relationship.

College Recruitment Assistance Ask yourself the following questions and you will see where you are in the REAL WORLD of college recruiting. You have to be honest and give a true assessment of your progress or lack of progress. We can assist you in all aspects of your recruitment process. The key is honesty and flexibility.

Im a senior, is it too late for me to get a basketball scholarship? What do I need to do to get a scholarship to play college basketball? How does basketball recruiting for college work? When do basketball scouts evaluate players like me? How do college recruiting websites work? Does basketball have full scholarships?

If youre asking yourself any of these questions or have any thought of playing college basketball, one of the most important things you can do to help yourself is to evaluate where you are personally in the college basketball recruiting timeline. Your age and experience dictate your action:

What time of year is it? What level have you played on? How much travel experience do you have? Do you have a recruiting video? Have you been recruited yet? To what degree? Are you playing for an Elite AAU Team? Did you play varsity ball as a freshman? Did you start on JV at a top HS program? Did you start on an elite travel team over the summer?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above then you should already be getting recruited and receiving a lot of mail from college coaches. If thats the situation youre in, great! Its time keep the momentum going and go ahead and send an updated viewership-enabled highlight video back out to coaches at elite college programs.

If youve answered yes to any of the questions above and didnt receive any letters from college coaches during your freshman year, youre already being underrecruited! Your talent and hard work is being overlooked! Dont procrastinate and fall further behind. Allow us to help you expand your list of schools you and send your profile and viewership-enabled skill video to. We will get your video to major conferences and your area as well to as many D2, NAIA and D3 schools as possible. If you answered no to the questions above, there is no need for concern, but from a recruiting perspective you shouldnt focus on the top programs right now; continue to work hard to develop your skills and get your profile and skills video out to as many local programs as possible at all levels as well as all of the NAIA, D2 and D3 schools in the region. That said, basketball recruiting has a trickle-down effect, meaning that as the top programs such as North Carolina, Duke, Kentucky or University of Florida narrow down their lists, recruits should figure that out and start looking elsewhere. One of the biggest mistakes recruits make at this stage is to still hold on that theyll play for a Sweet 16 mainstay when in reality that program has no intention to offer them any funding at all. Its time for every single HS basketball player with aspirations of playing in college to get their skills video out to as many programs as possible. The less youve heard from coaches, the more schools you should be sending your profile and viewership-enabled video out to at this point. If youve been going to camps and playing on AAU teams for 2 or 3 summers now and didnt get a big stack of letters or any emails from coaches throughout your junior year, dont expect different recruiting results by doing the same thing again in the summer between your sophomore and junior year. Sending your profile and video to schools at the right level will help you drive results. Playing on AAU teams will make you a better player, but they wont always make you a better recruit. As youve hopefully learned by now, all of these different activities havent brought you enough recruiting results on their own. If you arent getting recruited heavily now, dont do the same things over and over again and expect a different result. Thats the definition of recruiting insanity!

SENIOR FULL COURT PRESS!!!!! Its crunch time. Top recruits have offers and should be focused on getting more of them. Continue to send out fresh viewership-enabled highlight videos. Focus on AAU footage as opposed to high school. If you dont have offers or you arent getting phone calls in the summer between junior and senior year its time to come to terms with the fact that college coaches either dont know you or dont want to seriously recruit you. If theyre talking to you and not offering to you, remember - theyve already offered someone else, so you need to create more options for yourself. If you have little to no contact, especially if you have no personal emails or phone calls at all, what are you waiting for? If nothing changes then nothing changes? Its time to pull out all the stops and realize High D1 may not be the best fit for you. Consider Second Tier D1, all D2/D3, NAIA and JUCO and Community College Programs. Get your skill video to 75 to 150 schools. Contact us on our recruitment assistance packages. We will custom make your package to benefit your student-athlete and fit your budget.
