Q1. When will the New Grand Livina be launched? The launch of the New Grand Livina has been scheduled by 4th week of September 2013. The display and test-drive units will be available at our selected Nissan showroom upon launching. <See list of SHOWROOM DISPLAY / TEST DRIVE unit attached>

Q3. Can I place booking now? Yes. You may place booking at any Nissan showroom (ETCM or Dealer) nationwide. Q6. Is this model a facelift? Yes. The New Grand Livina is a facelift model and is replacing the current Grand Livina.

Q7. Where can I test drive the vehicle? Sorry, test drive would not be available at this moment. You will be able to test drive the new Grand Livina at our selected Nissan Showrooms (ETCM or Dealer) upon launching. Q10. How soon can I take delivery of the vehicle if I book today? In order to get your allocation fast, we suggest that you visit our showroom and the sooner you place your booking, the sooner you will be getting your allocation. **As of today, the estimated waiting list is..months. ** Kindly refer to the VSM system and only if information available.

Q11. Is this a CKD or CBU model? CKD assembled in our State of the art, Serendah Plant.

Q13. What is the warranty period for the New Grand Livina? 36 months or 100,000 km whichever comes first from the date of purchase.

Q14. What is the service interval for the vehicle? Customers are recommended to send vehicle for 1st service at 1,000km or 1 month, 2nd service at 5,000km or 3 months, 3rd service at 10,000km or 6 months and subsequent service at every 10,000km or every 6 months, whichever comes first.

Q15.

I currently owned a Grand Livina, is there any changes to the service interval? No. There will not be any changes to our current existing models. We would recommend you to follow the service interval on your service booklet to ensure that your vehicle is in good order. However, if you want to service your vehicle at 10,000km, you may consult our Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) for further advice / recommendations.

Q16.

I owned a Grand Livina, will my vehicle condition / performance / warranty period be affected if I exceed the 5,000km service interval? It is recommended for you to follow the service interval at 5,000km as stated in the vehicles service booklet to ensure that your vehicle is in good order. However, if you want to service your vehicle at 10,000km, you may consult our Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) for further advice / recommendations.

Q17.

For vehicle servicing, what engine oil will be used for Grand Livina? The manufacturers recommendation for 1,000km & 5,000km service is to use mineral engine oil whereas for 10,000km onwards, manufacturers recommendation is to use fully-synthetic oil. Q18.

I owned a Nissan (where service interval is every 5,000km as advised in Service Booklet), can I use semi-synthetic or fully-synthetic oil for my vehicle? You may consult our Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) for further advice / recommendations on the above.

Q19. Can the New Grand Livina be filled with RON 95 petrol? Yes, it is fully compatible with RON 95 petrol.

Q20. What is the fuel consumption of the New Grand Livina? As both the New Grand Livina remain the same as current Grand Livina except some differences on the exterior, interior and accessories, hence they are sharing the same data on the fuel consumption. Under the Internal test data, the New Grand Livina is able to achieve a fuel consumption reading of approximately as below: (a) 1.6L (M) (b) 1.6L (A) (c) 1.8L (A) : 13.16 km/l : 12.82 km/l : 12.35 km/l

Please however be advised that the fuel consumption figure quoted is only an estimated figure as actual consumption of your car may vary depending on your driving habit, traffic conditions, road conditions, proper maintenance of vehicle, weather conditions and etc.

Q21. I am currently driving a Grand Livina, can I change / install the parts (i.e. head lamps, wing mirror, rear bumper and lamp, Intelligent Key and etc) to the New Grand Livina? Its not advisable to modify the existing Grand Livina by changing the parts as the new parts may not be compatible with the older Grand Livina. Any dismantling may result in damages to your car.

Grand Livina Tuned by IMPUL Q23. Will there be an IMPUL version for the New Grand Livina? Yes, you will be able to view the new Grand Livina Tuned By IMPUL at our selected Nissan Showrooms (ETCM or Dealer) upon launching. <See list of showroom display / test-drive units attached>

Q24. What is the price for the complete IMPUL package? Pricing will be announced upon launching.

Q25. How different is the New Grand Livina Tuned By IMPUL from the standard variant? The New Grand Livina Tuned By IMPUL is equipped with the following: a) IMPUL complete Aerokit. b) IMPUL Blast 2 Exhaust Muffler. c) IMPUL Sport Suspension System. d) IMPUL AURA SX-20 17 Alloy Wheel comes with Goodyear Eagle F1 Directional 5 205/45 R17 tyres.

Q28. Are IMPUL parts fully imported? Only the alloy wheels are fully imported from Japan and for the aerokit, exhaust and suspension are locally manufactured under license from IMPUL, Japan.

Q29. Can I purchase IMPUL Parts separately? Yes, you may purchase the parts separately. The prices are listed below : Parts Price RM3,500 a. IMPUL Complete Aerokit (front and rear bumper spoiler, side skirts and rear wing spoiler)

Q30. If I have booked a pre-facelifted Grand Livina without aerokit, am I able to change to the NEW IMPUL aerokit? No, as the specifications and measurement of the new IMPUL aerokit are different from the existing Grand Livina.
