her, and she vas relurned home severaI monlhs Ialer. Afler monlhs of subslanliaI negIecl and abuse,
Ihoenix vas Iefl vilhdravn and anxious. Ihoenix's ovner hired MicheIIe DunIa, vho vas knovn
for her exerlise in rehabiIilaling abused and negIecled dogs. Afler 18 monlhs of exlensive lraining,
Ihoenix vas avarded her AKC Canine Good Cilizen lilIe. Ihoenix became a breed ambassador,
arlicialing in numerous communily evenls lo heI increase visibiIily of lhe dog-fighling issue.
DunIa, vho is aIso lhe founder of IAR, honored Ihoenix by naming her rescue grou Ihoenix
